The Blamey Street Big Band is one of Canberra's premier big bands and specialises in music from the big band era.
The band is directed by Leisa Keen and specialises in big band music of all era, with a large library of music covering the 1930s to today.
Former directors of the band include Ian McLean and Derrick Brassington.
The band has performed at a number of public events and venues including:
- Floriade Night Fest
- Top of the Cross at the Canberra Southern Cross Club
- Jazz at the Royal Botanic Gardens
- Merimbula Jazz Festival
- Wagga Jazz Festival
- Moruya Jazz Festival
The band also plays for many balls and private functions.

CD Recording: Blamey Street Big Band and Friends
Blamey Street Big Band and Friends was recorded in 2012 and launched at a gala concert at Top of the Cross, Canberra Southern Cross Club.
The CD was recorded to commemorate the band's 10th anniversary and features the band with four of Canberra's finest vocalists, Leisa Keen, Tony Haley, Rachel Thorne and Annette Sloan who have all worked with the band over the years.
